No more "Hail to the King, baby!" as Duke Nukem Forever has been toppled from its throne, dropping from last week's No.1 slot down to No.3 on the UK chart according to Chart-Track's latest figures.
The game managed one week atop the charts following its launch, which won't go far to recuperating the costs of being in development for 14 years.
Zumba Fitness topped the charts this week, as it has done for three other weeks so far this year. In an impressive showing given that the 3DS console is yet to top a million sales in the UK, Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D revamp debuted at No.2.
According to Chart-Track, Ocarina of Time's week one sales are not far off the top-selling 3DS game so far, Pilotwings Resort, which launched alongside the handheld back in March. It seems around 20% of 3DS owners in the UK have purchased Ocarina of Time since it was released on Friday.
Elsewhere, Dungeon Siege III was another new entry into the top 10 at No.9, and Brink continued its solid showing in the charts by holding the No.5 slot for the second week running.
Two other new releases this week, Alice: Madness Returns and Child of Eden, fared less impressively at No.13 and No.25 respectively. This is despite critical praise from reviewers for Child of Eden last week.
